MAKITA 18V LXT CORDLESS RULES IN OFF ROAD RACING

New videos capture three top drivers talking about Makita, winning races, and skateboards

JUNE 3, 2011 – La Mirada, CA – The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) rumbled through Glen Helen Raceway last month.  One thing was  loud and clear, even above the roar of 900HP race trucks: Makita 18V LXT rules in off road.

Makita 18V LXT cordless tools can be found in the hands of skilled mechanics from the top teams in the sport, including Rockstar Makita LeDuc Racing, Rockstar Metal Mulisha Makita’s “The General” Brian Deegan, Stronghold Motor Sports featuring Jeremy McGrath, and more.

Makita caught up Brian Deegan, Todd LeDuc, and Jeremy McGrath in the pits on race day, May 21, at Glen Helen.  Brian Deegan talked about winning races and using Makita tools on “everything” – from his 900HP off road truck to his skateboard.  When talking about his team’s Makita 18V LXT tools, Todd LeDuc said it best: “This is the future. It’s all we use.”
