Cantina for the Con 2013 1 220x146 Rubicon Trail Foundation Cantina for the Con Raised $50,000 PLACERVILLE, CA   SEPTEMBER 23, 2013:  The Rubicon Trail Foundation would like to thank every person and company across the country that participated in this years 9th Annual Cantina for the Con, which strictly benefits the Rubicon Trail in Northern California.  The event that consisted of a Pre-Sale BBQ and a two-day event at the mouth of the Rubicon Trail had a Raffle that was an amazing mix of products and the best Tacos on the Rubicon.  “So many people think of the Rubicon Trail as a 4×4 only trail, but we see UTV’s, Motorcycles, Trials Bikes, Quads, Horses, Hikers, Bikers and others utilizing the trail,” said Rusty Folena, President of the Rubicon Trail Foundation.  “Our Foundation works every day to keep this trail open for anyone to use, specifically all types of motorized access.  We want to thank everyone that participated in this year’s annual fundraiser; the entire Board of Directors sincerely appreciates it. WERock PSC Grand Nationals will be a Saturday and Sunday event on September 28-29 in Cortez, CO; a few miles down from the recent Dirt Riot location and only minutes from Jimmy’s 4×4.  “Each year we move the location between the East and West in consideration of the drivers, and this year it is a West Coast event.  We chose the Cortez, Colorado location for its natural terrain and difficulty,” said Rich Klein, President and founder of W.E.
