TO ENTER The winners will be determined by a panel of judges, including Tim & Jim, the famed Duct Tape Guys, and Todd Scott, renowned Canadian duct tape sculptor. Photos and entries must be received by August 9, 2002. The panel of celebrity judges will announce their decisions after September 4, 2002.
