Delta, UT - Last year the United Rockcrawling and Off-road Challenge introduced the town of St. George to the world of competitive rockcrawling. UROC enjoyed its best year ever in 2002 and is hoping to improve on that success by kicking off its 2003 season with another exciting event in St. George, Utah. The site at St. George has amazing potential as last year the course designers only used a small portion of the available obstacles. Everyone should expect another set of obstacles designed to challenge the toughest rockcrawlers in the world. Everyone will be watching to see who emerges as the top competitors in 2003. Currently the UROC sponsors are offering over $12,000 in contingency money and prizes to the top finishers in St. George. In addition, 100% of all entry fees will be returned to the top competitors as prize money. As an extra bonus, Rec-World of Orem, Utah will also be giving away a hot tub to a lucky competitor. The event is set to get under way February 13 as the competitors show up for registration and a technical inspection of their rigs. Fans are invited to check out the rigs and mingle with the drivers during registration at Painters Sun Country Chrysler in St. George.
