Farmington Hills, MI - Chrysler Financial, a business unit of DaimlerChrysler Services North America, announced today the winners of a two-year lease from the "Freedom to Guess" contests held at Camp Jeep® in Virginia and California. Chrysler Financial invited participants to guess the number of antenna toppers packed in a Jeep vehicle.  Laurie Parker, from Roanoke, Va., won a lease for a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Emma Poon of Lompoc, Calif., won a lease on a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

This year for the first time the Jeep brand hosted two Camp Jeep owner events.  Chrysler Financial invited participants at both Camp Jeep in Virginia and California to guess the number of antenna toppers packed in a new Jeep vehicle. Camp Jeep is one of the nation's largest and best-attended annual vehicle ownership gatherings.

"Chrysler Financial’s participation in Camp Jeep is an excellent opportunity to build the customer relationship and strengthen customer loyalty while simultaneously introducing customers to the newest products and services that we offer," said Klaus Entenmann, Vice President -- Chrysler Financial.

The Camp Financial tent, sponsored by Chrysler Financial and Jeep Rewards Visa® , offered a trivia game, which tested participant knowledge of the benefits of financing and leasing, credit health questions, history of the Jeep brand and Jeep product questions. In addition, Jeep owners had the opportunity to apply for a Jeep Rewards Visa Card.  Jeep Rewards Points can be redeemed for Dealer Dollars certificates to be used for services or products at participating Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge dealerships.

"Customers have shared with us their satisfaction in knowing that the rewards they receive by using their credit card can be redeemed for products and services at the dealership. These rewards set us apart from the competition and provide our customers and dealers with a win/win situation," said Kathryn Blake, Director -- Credit Card Operations for DaimlerChrysler Services North America.

More than 9,000 people attended Camp Jeep in Charlottesville, Va., and more than 3,000 people packed the Camp Jeep site in Santa Ynez Mountains near Santa Barbara, Calif.  Core activities included the Jeep 101 driving courses, 4x4 trail rides, a specially designed Rubicon Challenge course and engineering roundtables.  Lifestyle activities available for guests included hiking, kayaking, outdoor survival skills, fly-casting and children’s activities.  Camp Jeep concluded with its traditional "Jeep Jubilee" picnic dinner and concert series with recording artists Michelle Branch in Virginia and Los Lobos and Live in California.

Camp Jeep is one of several owner-loyalty programs created by the Jeep Division of DaimlerChrysler and has sold out each year.
