PETERSEN SIGNS DEAL TO CREATE PETERSEN'S 4-WHEEL & OFF-ROAD

Thrill-seekers wanting to experience the adrenaline rush of riding
in a powerful four-wheel drive vehicle at high speeds, flying
through the air, and climbing rock formations, will soon get the
chance in a safe, supervised area known as Petersen's
4-WHEEL & OFF-ROAD Ranch.
EMAP Petersen, publisher of
4-WHEEL & OFF-ROAD Magazine and other noted 4x4
publications, has formed a strategic relationship with Extreme
Four-Wheel Drive of America, Inc., to create a series of
one-of-a-kind, mutli-acre adventure parks devoted to the thrills
and safety of off-road driving.
"Petersen's expertise in
the explosive 4x4 market provides a natural tie with the vision
that Extreme Four-Wheel Drive of America has for the Ranch
facilities," comments Justin McCormack, President of Petersen
Enterprises, the licensing and branding division of EMAP Petersen.
"Our overall goals for the centers are the same - we want
them to be the newest, most exciting, safest, and environmentally
friendly off-road parks anywhere in the world."
Petersen's 4-WHEEL &
OFF-ROAD Ranch will be a complete, state-of-the-art, off-road
model center that will provide experience, education, and
entertainment to the general public and off-road enthusiasts.
Detailed information about locations and facility offerings will
be released within a few weeks and as it becomes available.
