Suwanee, Ga. (August 19, 2014) – Alloy USA®, a manufacturer of performance drivetrain products, today introduced its line of heavy-duty rear axle shafts for Jeep®, Dodge, Ford, International and GM cars and trucks.
Alloy USA’s axles are designed, engineered and tested to hold up to the toughest abuse, whether fitted to a high-performance car or truck cruising highways, running down drag strips, over back roads or conquering the world’s roughest off-road terrain.
Constructed from precision CNC machined high-strength 4140 chromoly steel, Alloy USA’s Jeep, car and truck axles are heat-treated, tempered and induction-hardened to produce an incredibly resilient product that’s built to take the abuse of performance vehicles, both on- and off-road. Alloy USA also uses the latest cold spline rolling technology, preventing stress points which can lead to fracturing common with axles with traditional cut splines.
Alloy USA’s unique production process means its axles are up to 35-percent stronger than the stock axles found in most vehicles. Prior to being shipped, each axle is magnaflux inspected for irregularities and then coated in a tough black anodized finish.
