LIVONIA, MICHIGAN JANUARY 27, 2014: Amanda Products is taking the opportunity to introduce its new Speed Hook™ at Chocolate Thunder on Thursday and Friday during the King of the Hammers race week. “We have created a Spectator Recovery Station that will have generators and an assortment of chargers and power cords to charge any of your electronics and water to recharge your system,” said Robert Gruschow, President of Amanda Products. “Look for the black Amanda Products tent at Chocolate Thunder and feel free to come hang out with us.”The Amanda Products green, white and black logo will be dominant on Mike Klensin’s #4431 Team Crossed Up Racing Ultra4 car that will be qualifying 89th, late in the day on Wednesday February 5th, and racing in Friday’s 2014 Griffin King of the Hammers race. “We are looking forward to having Amanda Products as part of our King of the Hammers team,” said Mike Klensin, driver of record. “This will be my 6thyear racing at KOH so I feel I have experience on my side, with a solid and proven car. We are going to give it our all for another top 10 finish in 2014!”
Amanda Products will also be interested in fabricators’ input on a new line of tabs that may be available in the near future. The Tab Wall can be seen at the Crossed Up Customs booth in Vendor Row on Savvy Street, just inside Gate 2. Also in the booth will be the Amanda Products Ultra SS 4-seater chassis that was featured in the Amanda Products 2013 SEMA booth. This SEMA vehicle was built in partnership with Artec Industries, Crossed Up Customs, and Ready 4 Rocks, and features several high-profile brands, including Rock Monster Wheels, BFGoodrich Krawlers, Rigid LED lighting, an Advance Adapters Atlas transfer case, Howe Performance hydraulic steering, and BS Sand custom seats.
