The Bureau of Land Management's Butte Field Office is looking for public input on its Jefferson County Southeast Environmental Assessment. Projects in the Jefferson County Southeast Planning Area include travel planning and route designation, and upland and riparian habitat improvements across a large-scale landscape, roughly 24,490 acres in size. The assessment can be seen online at http://blm.gov/l1kd, or in hard copy at the Butte Field Office. Comments on the Environmental Assessment will be accepted until July 11, 2013.
