    COMMENTS DUE December 27, 2013 - On Friday, October 25, 2013, the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) published a notice in the Federal Register about their proposal to list certain California and Nevada populations of greater sage grouse as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act.     This has been in the works for a while. Unfortunately, the Sage grouse is a fairly easy target. However, their breeding Leks should be easy enough to avoid without much issue to wheelers. Course, how the Feds end up dealing with this remains to be seen.
