    The Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame Announces the 2014 Class of Inductees

(May 19, 2013) – The Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame (ORMHOF) announced today the 2014 Class of Inductees.  Del Albright, David Ashley, Marty Fiolka, the late Nye Frank, and Bill Sanders will have their names added to the venerable list of those who have committed their lives to the off-road community.

    The five Inductees’ widespread accomplishments cover a number of arenas in the sport including off-road racing, and acting as pioneers of the industry, journalism and advocacy.  Their legacies will be celebrated and displayed for the public, in Gallery Four within the famed National Automobile Museum – the Harrah Collection – located in Reno, Nev.  They join names synonymous with the sport including Parnelli Jones, Malcolm Smith, Rob MacCachren, Larry Roeseler, Walker Evans, and Rod Hall, as well as many others who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the sport prosper and grow.   • TEAM ALBRIGHT – OFFICIAL LANDUSE AMBASSADORS FOR AREA BFE, MOAB, UT

    March 11, 2013 – Del & Stacie, Team Albright and AreaBFE announced today that Team Albright of Mokelumne Hill, California has signed on as an Official Landuse Ambassadors of the AreaBFE Off Road Park near Moab Utah.  Team Albright will work closely with the group that established the park in 2004 to ensure the private land remains open to all, 365 days a year. In addition to helping promote AreaBFE’s world class venue year-round, Del & Stacie plan to be on site for the annual Easter Jeep Safari. (more…)

  • Lucas Oil Pomona Off-Road Expo 2011 Best Prepared Trail Rig Club Challenge

    Team applications (Free) accepted now! 

    Seven (7) 4×4 or UTV teams will get to compete for a chance to be famous and win prizes at the Pomona Off Road Expo, while supporting landuse and helping to keep trails open.  This fun contest is open to the public and any and all  clubs are encouraged to apply.  On Sunday 10/9 at 11am, the seven selected teams/clubs will present their BEST PREPARED/SETUP trail rig to the crowd of cheering fans for a most unusual contest of preparation and preparedness!  (more…)

  • Mild to Wild Trail Ride Geared up Outdoor Enthusiast for the Reno Off-Road Motorsports Expo this Weekend All Proceeds Benefitted the Blue Ribbon Coalition

    RENO, NV    MARCH 24, 2011:  Over a dozen vehicles left the Reno Sparks Convention Center for the “Mild to Wild” Fundraiser Trail Ride with all proceeds benefitting the Blue Ribbon Coalitions dedication to keeping our land open for use and protecting responsible recreational access.  The day in the dirt was the kick off to a weekend of the Reno Expos including the Reno Off-Road Motorsports Expo, Reno Outdoor Sports & Recreation Expo, the Spring Home & Garden Show, and the Reno Pet Show and Pug Parade.   • Mild to Wild Fundraiser Trail Ride To Benefit Blue Ribbon Coalition

    RENO, NV    MARCH 18, 2011: The “Mild to Wild” Fundraiser Trail Ride for 4 wheel drive vehicles will take place on Tuesday March 22, 2011 with all proceeds going towards the Blue Ribbon Coalition and their dedication to keeping our land open for use and protecting responsible recreational access.

    Join Vendors and Industry leaders for a day of fun. “Mild to Wild” Fundraiser Trail Registration is $35 per vehicle, which also includes two event tickets to the Reno Off-Road Motorsports Expo, payable by check or cash at the Convention Center meeting place prior to leaving.     EVENT: Wednesday Feb. 9th 6pm, Main Stage Hammer Town.

    HOSTED by Del Albright, BlueRibbon Coalition Ambassador; Cal4 EA Coordinator; Access Army Grand Poobah

    5 teams will be selected to participate.  4×4’s and Side-x-Side (UTV) rigs. Any team of up to four (4) folks can compete.  It’s all for fun and a little fame, with a cool trophy from Raceline Wheels for the winning team.  Also, several businesses have stepped up to provide swag, goodies, and freebies to participants and the audience.
