SEI40023 220x220 Two New Lift Kits from Superlift SuspensionSuperlift’s 6″ lift kit for 2009-2014 Ford F150 4WD trucks achieves front lift by installing spacers on top of the factory front strut / coil spring assemblies, eliminating time consuming strut disassembly. The factory upper control arms are retained and remain in their original location, while the factory lower control arms and axle housing are lowered, in relation to the frame. New Superlift replacement steering knuckles made of cast ductile iron, and machined in-house by Superlift, span the increased distance between the control arms without increasing track width. A billet front driveshaft spacer ensures proper driveshaft engagement and length; brake hose extensions are also supplied.
Superlift’s geometry, from steering timing and linkage angles, to driveshaft and CV axle operating angles, yields optimal component service life and exceptional drivability.

PML Ram diff cover 220x220 Ram 2500 & 3500 Trucks Can Have Extra Capacity and  Clearance with New PML Front CoverInglewood, CA – PML designed an extra capacity cover for the front differentials on 2003 to 2012 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks. This cover is a bolt on replacement for the stock cover on the American Axle Manufacturing (AAM) 9 1/4 inch ring gear differential used in these trucks.

Because of many clearance problems with steering, U-bolts, and suspension , PML maintained a low profile with partial fins with this cover. Starting in about 2008, Dodge added a U-bolt to the front end design that would contact larger aftermarket covers when at the limit of the steering. This U-bolt was retrofitted on early year trucks during service visits. The suspension on Megacabs would also contact a larger cover when the truck was loaded. While these heavy-duty RAM trucks perform quite well off the lot, ICON Vehicle Dynamics engineers have spent a significant amount of time at the drawing board developing suspension systems to extract higher levels of performance. ICON’s new 3-5” Coilover Conversion Systems address the issue of a lack of adjustment in OEM components that may force RAM owners to set up their trucks for one situation or another. For example, maximum wheel travel and comfort may be experienced at a particular ride height, but when a winch setup or a snow plow is outfitted to the truck the front end is susceptible to a loss in height or ride quality. With the features of the ICON Coilover Conversion System, RAM owners can now make a simple change to the coil adjuster to acquire the look and performance they desire without adding parts or sacrificing ride quality.
