GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 22, 2014) – BFGoodrich® Tires returns with its line of high performing off-road tires as a title sponsor of Jeep Beach, an annual event organized by Mid Florida Jeep Club in Daytona, Fla. that begins this Wednesday and runs through Sunday.
Celebrating its 11th year, Jeep Beach is a five-day family friendly event for Jeep owners and enthusiasts. Activities include obstacle courses for all driver levels, a showcase of industry vendors and one of the largest Jeep parades in the Southeast.
“Jeep Beach is one of the best opportunities for BFGoodrich to interact directly and share our passion for off-road driving with many enthusiasts on the East Coast,” said Duane Thomas, BFGoodrich Tires marketing communications manager. “Daytona is synonymous with motorsports and simply having fun driving. We are thrilled to demonstrate how our tires allow these Jeep owners to take on the challenges of what we call Playground Earth.”
More than 1,500 Jeep owners descend on Daytona Beach for this annual event, which benefits the Blue Ribbon Coalition, a national non-profit organization dedicated to protecting responsible recreational access to public lands and waters and the Volusia/Flagler County Boys and Girls Club.
