    AussieLocker_color_verticalRochester, NY – September 15, 2014: Torq-Masters Technology, the developer of the Aussie locker announced the retirement of Bill Cole, founder and owner of the company.  “After many years in the off road industry and having passed the personal 70 year old milestone it was time for younger ownership to take over the company,” said Bill Cole.

    The company announced the sale of Torq-Masters Aussie lockers to woman business entrepreneur Cora Jokinen.  Cora is a long time Offroad enthusiast and Aussie sponsored Rock Crawler.  Cora says of Torq-Masters: “Bill Cole along with his team of engineers, technical services and customer support personnel has built the USA made Aussie Locker brand to be known Worldwide for superior strength, performance and reliability. (September 3, 2014) – The 2014 Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo powered by General Tire is set to partner with Red Bull Straight Rhythm, an innovative take on supercross, for an epic motorsports at Fairplex in Pomona, CA.  Southern California’s largest off-roading event returns Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5 for full days off action-packed festivities including off-road vehicle ride alongs, ATV/UTV ride and drives, an RC test track, celebrity autograph sessions, off-road racing demos and more. New this year, Off Road Expo will host on-site motocross trials throughout the day with 10-time AMA National Trials Champion Geoff Aaron, as well as the chance to meet several Red Bull athletes at the Trials course from 12:45 pm – 1:15 pm including Geoff Aaron, Tarah Geiger, Mike Day, Bryce Menzies, Ivan Ramierz, Aaron Colton and Kendall Norman.  Off Road Expo fans are invited to head over to the Fairplex Auto Club Raceway on Saturday afternoon to witness the evolution of supercross at Red Bull Straight Rhythm.     2GLEN HELEN, CA – JULY 12th, 2014: Over 115 race teams descended upon Glen Helen Raceway the weekend of July 11th for the 4th annual 4 Wheel Parts Glen Helen Grand Prix.  With nearly triple the car count of the inaugural 2011 race, the competition was fast and fierce for all classes. However, one driver stayed at the front of the pack all weekend and that was the current King, Loren Healy. Healy couldn’t get too far in front though, as Levi Shirley was close on his tail at every turn. (more…)
