    Dirt Riot Colorado SpringsBLACKFOOT, ID   JUNE 12, 2014:  With RAM Off-Road Park in Colorado Springs at the helm developing a whole new section of trails, the Dirt Riot team is excited to announce that the race course will be very different from the preceding years loop.  The Mountain Series Olympus Offroad Dirt Riot race on June 14th is a crowd and driver favorite, and it is sure to be even more excitable this year.  Racing starts at 9am and will go until at least 3pm with awards immediately following.  “RAM Off-Road Park has new twists, turns and jumps in store for the teams this weekend,” said Rich Klein, President and founder of W.E. Rock Events.  “There is a new section that runs along the highway frontage that contains at least 7 new jumps.  We have re-routed a lot of the past courses to add new turns and even made a few new trails to bring different sections into play.”   (more…)

    Central2 5.31.14BLACKFOOT, ID   MAY 28, 2014:  The extremely competitive Central Dirt Riot Series continues this weekend at Canyons Offroad Park outside Fredericksburg Texas.  The course has new sections and offers new spectator viewing areas to be able to enjoy different locations throughout the day.  Racing starts at 9am and will go until at least 3pm with awards immediately following. “In addition to the cash purses that these guys and gals can win, Canyons Offroad Park has made two awesome belt buckles that will be awarded to the Pro 4400 winner and the UTV Class winner!” said Rich Klein, President and founder of W.E. Rock Events.  “The 7.4 mile course has 2 new miles and a remote pit that is a convenient 50 yards from the hot pits.  These couple changes increase the experience for both the drivers and spectators, a win win in our book!”  Sunday W.E.     Team Four Corners - Dirt Riot, Moab Utah 2DURANGO, CO – Four Corners 4×4 began defense of its 2013 Mountain Series Title by earning a second place finish at Area BFE near Moab, Utah on April 19th.  The team has placed second in all three of its Dirt Riot competitions in 2014.  Held concurrently with the Moab Easter Jeep Safari, racing on “Big Saturday” included a full day of multi-class racing to wrap up the week long annual event that typically attracts thousands of Jeep and off road enthusiasts to the trails located in and around Moab.     Dirt Riot Moab 2013PLACERVILLE, CA   APRIL 14, 2014:  For the third year running, Dirt Riot will be at AreaBFE in Moab, UT on Big Saturday April 19th.  The pre-registered driver list confirms the day of racing will be spectacular.  Everyone that has wanted to race a 4×4 endurance race is welcome to come and participate starting with Tech and Registration on Fridaynight at AreaBFE, followed by Racing all day Saturday.  For UTV’s and Stock Trail class the only requirements are Solid Roof, Doors or Door Bars, 4 Point Harness, Two Fire Extinguishers and a DOT approved Helmet.  “The spectator areas for this race allows you to see all of the top bowl area plus you can look off into the lower sections,” said Rich Klein, President and founder of W.E. Rock Events.  “We are really encouraging those that are in town for Easter Jeep Safari this week to come and have a good time racing, the Trail Class is some of the best grass roots racing around…and there is a cash payout!  Guaranteed good time!” Sunday W.E.Rock Events will host the first ever All-Terrain Hero Race * Run * Walk.

    Four Corners 4×4 – CONSISTENCY KEY ELEMENT FOR DURANGO OFF ROAD RACING TEAM

    FourCorners4x4-1DURANGO, CO – Four Corners 4×4 traveled to Tucson, Arizona to compete in the second round of the Dirt Riot Endurance Racing Southwest Series at MC Motorsports Park on April 5th. In Dirt Riot Endurance Racing, teams compete on a 5-10 mile long circuit during an established time limit. Competitor finishing order is determined by the number of laps completed by each within the time limit. The 2006 Jeep Wrangler LJ piloted by Jason Kaminsky and Rick Jenkins of Four Corners 4×4 suffered late-race mechanical breakage causing the team to finish in second place. (more…)

    LetzRoll’s Andrew McLaughlin Takes First Place in Tucson Dirt Riot with ADS Shocks

    LetzRoll ADS DirtRiotApril 8, 2014 – Tucson, AZ – Congratulations to Andrew McLaughlin and the LetzRoll Racing Team for their first place finish in the Dirt Riot Race Series in Tucson, AZ in their ADS shock equipped #4493 Ultra4 car.

    McLaughlin started the race with eight other cars and maintained first place for the entire race averaging roughly 12 minutes per lap. The Tucson course is a tough course in which only three of the eight cars that started finished the race. (more…)
