Garden Grove, CA February 1o, 2015 – Randy Slawson knows it’s good to be King. Randy and Brother Mike, his co-driver, took their second King of the Hammers title in the last three years. The Nitto King of the Hammers race Presented by 4Wheel Parts is touted as the toughest single-day off-road race in the world and after this year’s event, nobody would argue that point. It took Slawson almost nine hours to complete the 215 mile course that includes wide open desert sections with the toughest rock crawling trails in Johnson Valley, California. (more…)

Robby Gordon to Start Second in Saturday’s Parker 425
PARKER, Arizona (February 6, 2015) – Robby Gordon qualified 2 for the Parker 425 Best in the Desert off-road race, falling just 1.6 seconds short of the blistering pace set by Dale Dondel in the Arizona off-road race which begins Saturday at 9:15 a.m. ET.Dondel, of San Jacinto, Calif., set the fast time of the session and will start in front of the huge field of 44 Class 1400 Trick Trucks. Gordon’s qualifying time of 4 minutes, 48.041 seconds was just off of Dondel’s time of 4 minutes, 46.393 seconds. Justin Lofton of Westmorland, Calif. was third quickest 4.7 seconds off the quickest time, with Luke McMillan of El Cajon, Calif. fourth 5.8 seconds behind and Jason Voss of Cupertino, Calif. rounding out the top five more than 6.3 seconds behind Dondel. JIMCO Racing Kicks Off 2015 Season with Class 1 Win at the SCORE International San Felipe 250
Primed for Two Vehicle Debuts at Best in the Desert’s Parker 425
After a momentous year in 2014, JIMCO Racing celebrates its 40th year of off-road race car building with Rob Archibald’s win in Class 1 at SCORE International’s San Felipe 250. An impressive field showed up for the 259-mile sprint in San Felipe, which is home to the wide variety of terrain first to shake down vehicles after a couple months resting in the shop. After the brutal race San Felipe is known for, JIMCO Racing’s Rob Archibald was first to cross the line in Class 1, earning his first win in Class 1 in the SCORE-International Series. -

King Shocks Sweeps San Felipe 250 Podium
February 1st, 2015 – Garden Grove, CA – When it comes to shock punishing terrain, few races compare to SCORE International’s San Felipe 250. The San Felipe course contains sand, silt, rocks and miles of bone jarring, square edged whoops. In the unlimited Trophy Truck class, King Shocks racers decimated the competition in San Felipe; taking the overall win and a clean sweep of the podium. This was the second straight year that King Shocks swept the Trophy Truck podium and the third straight San Felipe overall victory for race winner Tavo Vildosola. (more…)
