    Professional Rock Crawling Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am

    W2 4.26.14BLACKFOOT, ID   APRIL 24, 2013:  The second round of the Trail-Gear Western Pro Rock Crawling series is happening this Saturday and Sunday at a brand new location in Rangely Colorado.  The battles in each class are extremely competitive, providing a day of high entertainment for all to watch.  The first round of competition in Arizona went well for some, and others need to make up a lot of points this weekend.  “We are really excited to come to the Rangely Rock Crawling Park for the first time ever,” said Rich Klein, President and founder of W.E. Rock Events.  “There are some big and technical rocks here that will give us room to create lots of bonus lines for drivers.  With it being a new location, there won’t be an advantage to any team, they will all have to perform at the pro level to win!” (more…)

    Team Four Corners - Dirt Riot, Moab Utah 2DURANGO, CO – Four Corners 4×4 began defense of its 2013 Mountain Series Title by earning a second place finish at Area BFE near Moab, Utah on April 19th.  The team has placed second in all three of its Dirt Riot competitions in 2014.  Held concurrently with the Moab Easter Jeep Safari, racing on “Big Saturday” included a full day of multi-class racing to wrap up the week long annual event that typically attracts thousands of Jeep and off road enthusiasts to the trails located in and around Moab.   • W.E. Rock Renews Sanctioning for W.E. Rock Japan

    W.E. ROCKApril 17, 2014, Blackfoot, Idaho.   W.E. Rock Events is pleased to announce the continuation of our sanctioning agreement with W.E. Rock Japan, run by Naozumi Tsuda and Tsuda Racing.  W.E. Rock Japan holds five events over the course of their annual season, most under the name JimRock that feature many extreme Suzuki buggies competing on obstacles in their home country of Japan.  The culmination event is the W.E. Rock Japan National finals to be held October 11 and 12, 2014.  W.E. Rock Events moved the U.S. Grand Nationals forward for 2014 to allow several teams from the United States time to ship their competition vehicles to Japan to compete in the Japan National finals.     BFGoodrich Tires Posts Winners in All Events at Ultra4 Eastern Series Opener

    Spidertrax Tom WayesGREENVILLE, SC (April 11, 2014) –  BFGoodrich® Tires would like to congratulate the three winners from last weekends Genright ULTRA4s at Superlift Park event, the first race of the 2014 Ultra4 Eastern Series.

    Chicky Barton, 2013 King of the Hammers 3rd place finisher, took the Pro 4400 4×4 class win, with his dad Bill Barton in the co-driver seat.  Qualifying 5th earlier in the day, he pursued the field and was able to take the physical lead about half way through the race.  “We kept the car in the middle of the course and kept our pace up.  The BFGoodrich Tires were perfect, as always.  We didn’t have any issues and we were able to climb anything wet or dry.  The traction was one of the keys to our success, we knew we could climb anything, each time,” said Chicky.  Chicky will be racing the remainder of the Eastern Ultra4s with the season championship in sight.   • Chicky Barton Wins First ULTRA4 Race

    Chicky Barton - Ultra4HOT SPRINGS, AR – April 15th, 2014: Chicky Barton claimed his first ULTRA4 victory at last week’s GenRight ULTRA4s at Superlift Park race. With 44 registered drivers, the race was the largest 4WD Hardware Eastern Regional ULTRA4 race to date.  Barton, in his new independent front suspension (IFS) vehicle,qualifed fifth on Friday, and seemingly never let off the throttle the entire race, managing to stay close to the front of the pack until taking the lead and never looking back.
