September 18th, 2013: CONGRESS, AZ: The 2013 ULTRA4 Nitto Tire National Championship race is back on at Thunder Rock Off Road Ranch in Congress, Arizona. The race was originally cancelled in Las Vegas due to a permitting issue that caused two off road racing organizations, including ULTRA4, to cancel races the weekend ofSeptember 27th. At the request of ULTRA4 drivers and their sponsors, a suitable location was found for the same weekend at Thunder Rock Off Road Ranch in Congress, Arizona. (more…) 
August 17th, 2013 – Hot Springs, AR: The 4WD Hardware ULTRA4 Eastern Regional Series came to a finale last weekend at the RCV ULTRA4Race at Superlift ORV Park in Hot Springs AR. 2010 King of the Hammers winner, Loren Healy started the race in the pole position after qualifying first on Friday and never looked back. Healy had not planned on racing in Arkansas, however, after experiencing DNFs in Indiana and Utah, he made the decision to make the trek to Arkansas. (more…)
WALTERS ARENA, WALES, UK, August 14th, 2013: More than 40 teams from nine countries competed last weekend in the 2nd annual King of The Valleys ULTRA4 race held at Walters Arena in Wales, UK. Going into the event, there was much speculation as to who would be declared this year’s King of The Valleys: Would it be a returning driver such as last year’s winner, Italian Pier Acerni, or perhaps a local racer familiar with the terrain such as UK’s Jim Marsden, or could it possibly be the American ULTRA4 driver on his first trip overseas, Levi Shirley? Ultimately, after three grueling days of competition that saw drivers navigating through winding technical rally roads normally reserved for WRC events, battling waste deep mud bogs and scaling extreme rock obstacles designed specifically for this event, it was the Italian driver, Pier Acerni, who retained his crown for another year. August 13th, 2013 Renton, WA.- The #5AZ car piloted by Shannon and Wayland Campbell remains in the ULTRA4 National Points lead after a 1st place finish at the Badlands UMC race. ARB wants to wish Shannon and Wayland a HUGE congratulations on the successful race and we can not wait to see how they perform at the remaining races this season.

TOOELE, UT July 16th, 2013: Driver “EZ” Rick Mooneyham is no stranger to the ULTRA4 podium. Over the years, he’s been one of the most consistent top three finishers at the Griffin King of The Hammers Presented by Nitto Tire. However, despite all of his podium finishes, a first place trophy had proved elusive to Mooneyham; that is until last weekend’s American Rocksports Challenge held at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, UT where Mooneyham crushed the competition and claimed first place finishing nearly 45 seconds ahead of Shannon Campbell. The American Rocksports Challenge is the third and final race in the Trail-Gear Western Regional ULTRA4 Series. (more…)
