  • Four Large Consumer Shows Under One Roof

    Reno Motorsports Off-Road ExpoRENO, NV    JANUARY 21, 2011:  Independently successful Reno consumer shows including the Reno Motorsports Off-Road Expo, Outdoor Expo, Home Show and Pet Show will have multiple activities for the whole family including Dr Lori’s antique appraisals, Trails Motorcycle riders, and a Pug Parade among others.  The shows are combining under one roof in 2011 filling over 200,000sqft of the Reno Sparks, Nevada Convention Center.  The show will run for three days March 25, 26 and 27, 2011 with daily and combined rate tickets between $6-$14.  “We are very excited to have all of the shows at one time this year,” said event producer Al Lockett.  “There will be something for everyone in the family to look at and enjoy as well as a full weekend of giveaways and entertainment.” (more…)

    2011 Superlift ORV Park Events Schedule

    Off-roading in Hot Springs began in the late 1970’s with people ‘wheeling on a multitude of timber company logging roads, and utility company right-of-ways. Over the years this “unofficial trail system” grew into an impressive array of trails. It was great while it lasted… in 1999 the landowners closed access to the area and put the property up for sale.

    In 2001, a group of off-road businessmen, enthusiasts and conservationists purchased the acreage with the intent of developing the nation’s premiere off-roading destination, while preserving the land’s natural beauty.

    The Park includes the majority of the original trail system, and new trails and obstacles with varying degrees of difficulty are continuously being built on every terrain type imaginable — hill climbs (both “finesse” and “horsepower required” types), mud pits, rock gardens, water crossings, you name it. All trails are mapped and posted with difficulty ratings for the various vehicle types, so you always know your location, and what to expect terrain-wise. (more…)

    HOSTED by Del Albright, BlueRibbon Coalition Ambassador; Cal4 EA Coordinator; Access Army Grand Poobah

    5 teams will be selected to participate.  4×4’s and Side-x-Side (UTV) rigs. Any team of up to four (4) folks can compete.  It’s all for fun and a little fame, with a cool trophy from Raceline Wheels for the winning team.  Also, several businesses have stepped up to provide swag, goodies, and freebies to participants and the audience.   • Southwest Crawlfest has Thirteen Trail Rides and $45,000 in Raffle Prizes

    SAINT GEORGE, UT     JANUARY 6, 2011  ECT Offroad Southwest Crawlfest presented by Poison Spyder, is a three-day full size 4×4 gathering, trail ride and clean-up benefitting multiple Land-Use Organizations January 14-16, 2011. Saturday night the $45,000 Land Use Raffle will take the main stage, and over multiple days thirteen Rockaholics Anonymous and The Rock Crew supported and trail-led outings will cover all abilities and difficulty ratings to explore the beautiful red rock Sand Hollow OHV Recreation Area.

    “We think it is very important to help keep our land open, participate in clean-ups and enjoy each others company in the process,” said Steve Crabtree, Event Chairman, who has worked to gather thousands of dollars worth of products for the raffle.  Saturday Nights raffle Grand Prize is a Front and Rear Axle featuring a Heavy Duty Currie Rear Housing and Nitro 4:88 gears that was donated by ECT Offroad, Nitro Gear and Auburn Gear. Poison Spyder will giveaway a complete YJ Armor package which includes a Bumper, Tube Fenders, Ricochet Rockers, and Crusher Corners.  Many other products will line the stage including WARN Winches, Lockers from Yukon Gear & Axle, TeraFlex Swaybar Disconnect Kits, Bushwacker Fenders, Fire Extinguisher Holders from Crown Automotive and thousands of dollars in Gift Certificates including $500 towards a set of Mickey Thompson Tires.  All proceeds from the raffle go directly to benefitting Blue Ribbon Coalition, Utah 4 Wheel Drive Association, United Four Wheel Drive Association, Canaan Mountain Legal Defense Fund, RR4W Mud Fund, Tread Lightly, and Utah Shared Access Alliance.     SAINT GEORGE, UT     DECEMBER 29, 2011   Southwest Crawlfest, sponsored by ECT Offroad, is a three-day full size 4×4 gathering, trail ride and clean-up benefitting Blue Ribbon Coalition, Utah 4 Wheel Drive Association, United Four Wheel Drive Association, Canaan Mountain Legal Defense Fund, RR4W Mud Fund, Tread Lightly, and Utah Shared Access Alliance.  The Southwest Crawlfest will be near Saint George, Utah in the Sand Hollow OHV Recreation area and Washington County Fairgrounds over the weekend January 14-16, 2011.  Registration is open for this event.
