West Monroe, LA - Black Diamond, a high-quality line of suspension lift systems and components, shock absorbers, and body lifts, formerly manufactured and marketed by Warn Industries in Clackamas, Oregon, has been purchased by Woods Ready Distributing, Inc. of West Monroe, Louisiana.

Woods Ready Distributing will continue using the Black Diamond name, but all Black Diamond corporate offices and manufacturing will be relocated to West Monroe, Louisiana. Black Diamond will maintain its product emphasis on superior quality and performance, and much of its existing product will be retained. However, the company intends to widely expand the product line to include most popular domestic and import truck applications. There are also plans to create an international network of independent dealers to make Black Diamond products available everywhere. New dealer inquiries are encouraged.
