Riverton,
UT - The Rock Crawlers Association of America
(RCAA) announced today that the second event of the Goodyear/Skyjacker
Extreme Rock Crawling Nationals will be held in Moab, Utah
May 22nd -24th. The dates of this event were previously
announced by RCAA president, Ranch Pratt in October along
with the rest of the series dates and locations. RCAA has
been working closely with members of the Red Rock 4-Wheelers
to secure a permit for the approved event site and would
like to thank them for their efforts.
“RCAA
has had the goal to improve the nations biggest rock crawling
series by improving the quality of its venues,”
said Pratt. Moab, being world renowned and very prestigious
in the off-road community, will be a great host for the
National series. Pratt continued to say, “I am
very excited about the 2003 series. I feel we have the best
venues in RCAA’s history on line for 2003 and we now
have more backing and support on many levels than ever before.”
Listed below is the complete 2003 event schedule.
In
other news, Alcoa, the high-end aluminum giant, has recently

on as the official light sponsor for 2003. KC has been involved
with the sport of off-road in a variety of areas including
desert racing. “Their knowledge of off-road sanctioning
and promotion is vast and sure to help the entire sport
of rock crawling, both on a competitive and recreational
plane,” said George White, RCAA marshal.
Warn
Industries, the leading manufacturer of electric winches
in the off-road market, signed on for their third year as
the official winch sponsor of the Goodyear/Skyjacker Extreme
Rock Crawling Nationals. Warn dedicated their time and support
throughout both the 2000 and 2002 seasons, and are again
demonstrating their support for the 2003 season as well.
Tuffy
Security, the leading manufacturer of security consoles
in the four-wheel drive industry, committed to a second
