("JBF") is a secured creditor of Bulletproof Manufacturing, LLC ("BM-LLC"), and has acquired certain assets of that entity in accordance with law including, but not limited to, the names "Bulletproof" and "Bulletproof Bumpers;" the website; all designs, plans, and specifications for BM-LLC's products; and work-in-progress. 

JBF is not affiliated with BM-LLC, nor has it acquired or assumed any of the liabilities of that entity.  JBF hereby disclaims any responsibility for the debts or liabilities of BM-LLC.  JBF has not taken over or puchased BM-LLC.  All remaining BM-LLC assets were transfered due to JBF's rights as a secured creditor.  JBF Manufacturing's dedicated Bulletproof Bumpers staff may reached at bp@bulletproofbumpers.com.
