Nissan Donates Armadas to Tread Lightly!

Trad Lightly! LOS ANGELES - Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) (Nasdaq:NSANY) has provided Tread Lightly! with two 2004 model Armadas to help the organization reach its goals. Tread Lightly! focuses on increasing public awareness among recreationists to take special care of the environment to ensure future enjoyment of the outdoors for generations to come. The Armadas will be used to transport staff as they travel from state to state promoting their message and implementing restoration and research projects.

"Nissan is thrilled to support Tread Lightly! and to play a role in educating the public on critical safety and environmental awareness issues," said Jim Morton, senior vice president, finance and administration at NNA. "We are proud to have our vehicles utilized to support such a meaningful cause."

"Tread Lightly!'s new company car falls perfectly in line with our off-highway goals and activities," said Lori Davis, executive director, Tread Lightly!. "The Armadas will give us the tools we need to tackle daily tasks necessary to support and maintain the mission of our busy organization."

NNA's support of Tread Lightly! is part of Nissan's global commitment of "enriching people's lives" through charitable contributions, in-kind donations and other philanthropic investments that support education, the environment and humanitarian aid.
