Consumers in the south central part of the United States buy more than 26% of all Nissan Titans sold in America, and the majority of those are sold in Texas.

We’ve been working on the Texas Titan since Nissan first decided to make a full-size truck and are excited about this truck’s potential in Texas,” added Spoon.  “This truck has got style and flash in addition to the power, size, and toughness Texans have come to expect in a truck.

Consumers will also have the option of obtaining the other unique features to the Titan including the Utili-track tie-down system that provides ultimate cargo hauling flexibility and an integrated, lockable bedside storage compartment.

The Texas Titan will be available in both King Cab and Crew Cab body styles and in 4x2 and 4x4 driveline configurations.  The Texas Titan will be assembled at Nissan’s newest manufacturing facility in Canton, Mississippi.

The Texas Titan will go on sale at Texas dealerships in early 2005 and will be available with a special offer (to be determined later) for Texas residents.
