Two seat rock crawler buggy chassis. For sale! This is a new chassis design we just finished. The lower sub frame is 2” .188 wall along with 2”.120 wall for the front and back main lower bars. The remainder of the chassis is 1-3/4 .120. All DOM tube. The chassis was designed for an LS motor/auto trans and atlas, but can accommodate pretty much any drivetrain. Well the time has come to part with what my wheelin’ buddies refer to as the 100KYJ. This jeep was derived from a 1991 YJ I purchased when living in Tampa Florida. I have had owned this jeep since buying it stock in 1995 as the second owner. Over the years this jeep has brought lots tons and tons of enjoyment and taken me on some great adventures. Tellico on 31” tires, Boone on 35’s, Attica on 37’s, and from Mt, Eagle to Moab, and The Rubicon to Fordyce on a set of the 39” tires it currently has on it. This Bronco used to be a county fire department vehicle. It still has the locking cabinet in the back which is a nice feature. I have not driven it for 5 years as it needed a little work to get smogged and I didn't have the time or resources. I drove it even though it has been non-opt for a while, but has not been started for about 4 years. It needs a new battery and a tire. Outside of what the fire department did with it, it's mostly stock. Good 4x4, just don't have the time to really do it right. Need to move it quickly. Willing to consider any offer.
This big truck actually drives very respectably on the street AND on the trails and was built with a focus on offroad performance AND being able to drive to/from the trails over Colorado mountain passes. I started this trail rig project with Steel Nutz before my deployment to Afghanistan in 2011, I have $21k invested and my loss is your gain, the full cage protection is tied into the frame at eight points and is intended to protect the driver & passengers in the event of a full rollover. Front and rear bumpers are intended to inflict damage not recieve any, the front bumper will accomodate any whinch system and is tied into the frame with some awesome welding.
