Decided a small single axle trailer would be perfect for hauling the FToy around....so here goes!

Main rails and tongue are 2x3 -3/16" wall tube....cross rails are 2x3 -1/8" and misc unloaded rails are 2x3 -1/16". Axle is a fullwidth 5200# torsein (already had it) Tires are BFG T/A AS2s on 6 lug trailer wheels, 2680# ea rating at 80psi.

Material list for @Rjorgensen :
2ea 20' pieces of 2x3 -3/16" tube
3ea 20' pieces of 2x3 -1/8" tube (I wouldn't do the -1/16" again, stick to 1/8")
20' 1-1/4"x -1/8 angle iron

Not done yet, but that's what's in there now :)

Working on fender mounts now (removable) and will fill the front rail back to the fender next for a future wider buggy setup... outside rail to rail is 79" with a 12' deck length, perfect for my current FToy.

Has worked flawlessly.....over 8000 highway miles between UT and TX/AR and plenty of local miles too.
What is the weight of your crawler i have a tandem axle 18 ft utility trailer that can barely handle what ive got and i have to drive on the top rails since the trailer aint wide enough. The trailer has a weird bounce to it.

If you ever come back down to texas, oklahoma or arkansas after this virus let me know when and where id be happy to meet at one of the many offroad parks weve got around here.
