Air Shock rebuild time frame?

How long before I should think or need to rebuild my Air Shocks? Running Radflo 2.5 14's for little over 2 years. I wouldn't say there is a lot of abuse on them, No leaks or issues but was thinking of sending them to radflo to try and get them tunned for the weight of my rig and a little softer on the bump. Talked with radflo and guy said they probably need a rebuild. How long is everyone else out there getting before a rebuild? Thanks

I rebuilt one of mine due to a leak. The other 3 are 5 years old, but another is likely due soon.

When your top speed is 25mph, shock rebuilds become less necessary
