Quick Adjusting Bypass technology is available as an option for all new 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 FOX External Bypass shocks or as an upgrade
The FOX Quick Adjusting Bypass (QAB) technology allows you to manually adjust bypass tubes, quickly and easily, making fumbling with tools and visually counting turns obsolete.The CNC Machined 6061-T6 aluminum adjustment knobs—anodized blue for compression or red for rebound–are knurled for increased grip, with laser-etched arrows indicating adjustment direction. The adjuster has the same flow and range of adjustment as our regular bypass units. The new design has a definitive click at every quarter revolution of the knob, making adjustments simple and quick—tracking shock changes is now easier than ever. FOX Athletes capture numerous victories at BITD season opener.
FOX athletes begin the 2013 Best in the Desert racing series with multiple wins and a clean sweep of the 6100 class podium on a tough Parker, Arizona race course.
El Cajon, Calif. – Miles of deep sand and brutal rocks strewn across the legendary Parker 425 race course took its toll on many competitors but failed to prevent FOX athletes from wins in classes 1500, 1000, 1100, 6100 and 2000.In the unlimited open wheel class, (1500) Corey Keysar took the win and fifth place overall ahead of FOX athlete Brian Parkhouse in second. “We were not concerned about a top qualifying position, it is a long race,” said Corey, “We ran just hard enough in time trials to start ahead of the slower cars in our class. On raceday, we would need a clean run. We had no issues, our FOX shocks were flawless.” (more…)

FOX lends wide-ranging support and $6000 to uphold King of the Hammers dynasty
FOX tuning experts and factory support personnel will be on the lakebed to assist competitors in their quest to take the “King of the Hammers” title for the fifth time in six years.
El Cajon, Calif. – FOX athletes have ruled King of the Hammers, an extreme competition called “the toughest single day event in the world.” Competitors race across the desert at high speed and conquer several of the toughest rock crawling trails in the United States, all in the same day. FOX athletes have consistently been the fastest due to FOX’s precise tuning and superiordamping performance. FOX tuning gurus will arrive on Monday, February 4th to begin assisting in vehicle set-up. They observe the racecars performance and review technical feedback from the driver. They then consult with the driver to implement any adjustments needed to maximize performance.
