King Shocks will debut a new 3.0 kit for the Ford Raptor, a 3.0 Internal Bypass shock (IBP) and their newly revised catalog at the Specialty Equipment Market Association show (SEMA) November 1-7 in Las Vegas, Nevada. King Shocks Racer’s Dominate at CODE, Mexicana Logistics 300
The King Shocks Trophy Truck team of Juan Carlos Lopez and Clyde Stacy has been making huge strides together. Running up front for several races now, the team broke-out at the Code, Mexicana Logistics 300. In an awesome display of what they are capable of, Juan Carlos Lopez started eighth off the line and quickly passed the first seven starters on the first lap. PLACERVILLE, CA SEPTEMBER 19, 2010: The Eastern Pro National Series came to an exciting close in Dayton Tennessee with over 2000 spectators in attendance! Congratulations to the Champions Bill Barton in the Unlimited Class, Danny Rohrer in the Pro Modified Class and Duane Garretson in the Modified Stock Class. The Pro Modified Class had points battles to the end that made every obstacle important for all six competitors going for the title. The Champions will be presented at the W.E. Rock Grand National Championship, where the East meets the West drivers, at Miller Motorsports Park September 24th and 25th. (more…) -

King Shocks racer Robby Woods left Glen Helen raceway in San Bernardino, California with a matching set of 2nd place trophies after rounds 9 and 10 of the Lucas Oil Offroad Racing series. Robby races in the Pro-2 class for unlimited, two wheel drive trucks against some of the best drivers the sport has ever seen including King Shocks teammate and 7 time champion Carl Renezeder. Robby’s success is a welcomed sight to many fans and even a few fellow competitors who love to root for the underdog. Only a few years ago, Robby made a commitment to himself that he would design and build his own Pro-2 race truck and hit the track in what is arguably one of the most intense and challenging forms of racing on the planet. Casey Currie and King Shocks out front in TORC Pro Light class
The Traxxas, Torc series battle for Pro Light supremacy has been intense from the start. It’s clear that the competition will be spirited all season between several racers who have already distinguished themselves thus far. In the opening rounds at the Red Bud motocross track in Buchanan, Michigan King Shocks racer Samuel Hubinette earned back-to-back wins and the points lead right out of the box. At rounds 5 and 6 in Charlotte, North Carolina, it was King Shocks racer and defending Champion Casey Currie who would sweep the top spot on the podium in dominating fashion. (more…)
