MasterCraft Racing is employing some “new math” in their campaign to win a SCORE International desert racing season championship. 20 + 30 = 1 at the Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 as No. 30 driver Robbie Pierce will park his Jimco truck and forfeit his fifth place starting position to share driving duties in the No. 20 ROCKSTAR Energy Drink / MasterCraft Safety / BFGoodrich Tires Trophy Truck with eight time SCORE season champion Rob MacCachren. Rob Mac is currently second in the standings to former protégé Bryce Menzies, who clings to a slim six point lead in season points. Rob MacCachren Puts ROCKSTAR Energy Drink Atop The Podium Once Again
The latest Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) short course action took place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last weekend as the race community paid their final respects to Pro4 Unlimited competitor Rick Huseman. Huseman’s life was cut short three weeks ago in a small plane crash that also took his brother Jeff and friend Danny Hicks. Many teams were running No. 36 stickers on their trucks to honor Huseman, including reigning Pro2 Unlimited champion Rob MacCachren. (more…) -
OFF-ROAD MOTORSPORTS HALL OF FAME SILENT AUCTION AND INDUCTION CEREMONY SET TO TAKE PLACE IN CONJUNCTION WITH 2011 LUCAS OIL OFF-ROAD EXPO
POMONA, CALIF. (October 4, 2011) – The Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo powered by General Tire continues its commitment to the off-road community, not only with the full schedule of exhibits and events on October 8 and 9, but also with its ongoing support of the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame Silent Auction and Induction Ceremony, both set to take place at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center, adjacent to the expo’s location at the Pomona Fairplex. From autographed helmets and jerseys, to framed team posters, off-road fans are encouraged to stop by and check out the amazing auction items and place a bet. One hundred percent of the proceeds raised from the silent auction will benefit the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame. ROCKSTAR Energy Drink’s Rob MacCachren Dominates At Speedworld Once Again
ROCKSTAR Energy Drink’s Rob MacCachren put on a driving clinic during the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) first stop at Speedworld Off Road Park in Surprise, Arizona earlier this year. Since that time, the reigning Pro2 Unlimited champion has experienced his share of ups and downs, and was looking to regain the dominance he is famous for with the return to Surprise last weekend. The ROCKSTAR Energy Drink was flowing as thirsty fans overcame the triple digit heat at Speedworld to watch MacCachren qualify third last Friday, which put him on the first row for Saturday’s main event. -

Crandon, Wisconsin is a magical place for short course racing fans. The “Big House” is where legends are made, and this Labor Day weekend more than 40,000 people gathered at Crandon International Raceway and honored one of those legends. ROCKSTAR Energy Drink’s Rob MacCachren is scheduled to be inducted into the Off Road Motorsports Hall of Fame next month in conjunction with the Off Road Expo in Pomona; however he did not know that he would be the center of attention at Crandon last Thursday night. The tribute to Rob Mac’s illustrious career included colorful stories from racing legend Curt LeDuc and fellow Rough Rider Scott Taylor, as well as Crandon Raceway owner, Cliff Flannery. (more…) -
A Rollercoaster Weekend For ROCKSTAR Energy Drink’s Rob MacCachren
In his quest to win his fourth consecutive Pro2 title, ROCKSTAR Energy Drink’s Rob MacCachren knew that he needed a big weekend at Glen Helen Raceway. While Rob tasted the thrill of victory on Saturday, he also felt the agony of defeat the following day. On Saturday Rob Mac not only dominated at Glen Helen, he also learned that he will be inducted into the Off Road Motorsports Hall of Fame this year and will join the ranks of fellow racing legends such as Walker Evans and Ivan Stewart. “I am honored to be included in the company of men who are heroes and mentors in the sport,” the humble MacCachren stated emotionally after the announcement. MacCachren’s induction ceremony will be held at the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum at the Pomona, California Fairgrounds during the weekend of the Lucas Oil Off Road Expo in October. SCORE International held their drawing for the Tecate SCORE San Felipe Challenge of Champions on Saturday as well, and Rob MacCachren learned that he drew the number one starting position.
