Las Vegas, Nev. – CTEK Group announced today the acquisition of the Inelco Group’s battery charging business. The deal became effective on November 1, 2013 and was announced at the 2013 SEMA Show.
CTEK develops, markets and sells lead acid and lithium ion battery chargers. CTEK introduced the first switch-mode technology based battery charger in the world and is currently the global market leader. The acquisition of the battery charging business from Inelco A/S will strengthen CTEK Group’s business and increase its competitiveness mainly within the professional and industrial segments.
