A Quieter Moab
Poison Spider Mesa

After Dinner 4Lo, Lefty, and Myself headed out to Poison Spider Mesa. This trail is rated harder than Fins and I had a blast on it. 4Lo4Hi is a leader on the trail during Easter Safari. We had just got done on the "Wedgie" when it started to rain. Slick Rock is no fun when wet, so we turned around and headed back out. I slid pretty good going back down the "Waterfall" and broke the end off my Hi-Lift jack and bent the front bumper up pretty good.

Here 4Lo climbs " The Wall", His CJ rocks! recently he put a 360 under the hood.

4Lo spots me across "THE WEDGIE" just your sidewalls touch while going across this obstacle, I've seen several video's where rigs have slid off and done some major body damage. With 4Lo's expertise, I had no problems!

Here is Lefty in the Pothole. He's not off in it as far as I was but he got good air.

It's my turn. I love the way the tires squawk when climbing stuff out here

At the end of the "WEDGIE" there is a pothole that lets most jeeps get some major air with the front end. As hard as he tried, moving me all around in the pothole I kept all 4 wheels on the ground. 4Lo kept muttering something to himself about those damn TJ's and the way they flex.

When he had finally given up, I goosed the throttle a little bit to pull out of the hole. The front wheel finally did come off the ground, but only a few inches.
