Red Bull Athletes, Off-Road Racers and More October 4-5
POMONA, Calif. (September 18, 2014) – The 2014 Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo powered by General Tire brings the industry’s top celebrities to Fairplex, in Pomona Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5 for a weekend of all-things off-roading. From Red Bull athletes to celebrity Baja 1000 racers, Off-Road Expo is the place to meet the best in the industry, grab an autograph and even check out action-packed racing demos. In addition to the big name appearances, this year’s expo will feature the hottest off-road vehicles, products and accessories, as well as thrilling Red Bull Motocross trials demonstrations, Rubicon Trail off-road ride alongs, ATV and UTV test drives, an RC demo track, autograph signings, bikini contests and more!
Celebrities scheduled to appear at Off-Road Expo include:
• Red Bull Athlete Autograph Session – Grab an autograph and snap a photo with Red Bull’s top racers on Saturday, from 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Fan favorites making an appearance include riders Geoff Aaron, Mike Day, Ivan Ramirez, Aaron Colton, Robbie Madison and Kendall Norman.
• Mickey Thompson Tires – Meet driver Brian Deegan on Saturday and Sunday, at 11 a.m. in the Mickey Thompson Tire display.
• MAV TV Proving Grounds – See several of the industry’s top drivers at the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series demos, in the MAV TV Proving Grounds on Saturday and Sunday. Drivers include Myan Spacarelli, Casey Currie, Marty Hart, Rodrigo Ampudia, Patrick Clark, Travis Pecoy, Bror Dickerson, Travis Pecoy, Brock Heger, Christopher Polvoorde and Cole Mamer.
• Maxxis Tire Autograph Sessions – Don’t miss a special autograph signing with several off-road drivers at the Outdoor Rig Display including Marty Hart on Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; Shannon Campbell on Saturday and Sunday, from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.; Corry Weller on Saturday and Sunday, from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.; and Jeremy McGrath on Saturday and Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
• SCORE Celebrity Autograph Sessions – The SCORE Baja 1000 exhibit will also host several off-roading celebrities and their race vehicles on Saturday and Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. including B.J. Baldwin, Gus Vildosola Jr, Tim Herbst, Clyde Stacy, Steven Eugenio, Armin Schwarz, Justin Matney and Ricky Brabec.
The 2014 Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo powered by General Tire will take place Saturday, October 4, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, October 5, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Fairplex, located at 1101 W. McKinley Avenue in Pomona, Calif. Discount tickets are available at participating O’Reilly Auto Parts locations $12 for adults and $5 for children (6-12).
