    The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rawlins Field Office (RFO) is seeking additional public comment on travel management planning as part of the proposed Rogers Canyon Resource Protection, Public Access and Travel Management Plan Environmental Assessment (EA). The 640-acre Rogers Canyon area is located approximately eight miles northwest of Laramie, Wyoming, in Albany County.The EA will incorporate motorized and non-motorized recreational access to the planning area while protecting sensitive resour
