TrailReady is pleased to announce the development of a new addition to the HD Series.  Our new 20×9 will begin shipping in September.  The new part will be available for applications from 5-4.5 to 8-6.5 and will come in backspace measurements from 4.5″ to 5.5″.  MSRP is expected to be 450.00 and like all of our HD Series wheels, will include the one year unlimited replacement warranty.  We will begin taking orders for the first run of this heavy duty domestically cast and machined wheel in August 2010.  BFGoodrich has introduced a new line of 42″ Krawlers and Projects for a 20″ wheel and while this wheel will also be available as a DOT simulated wheel, we belive this will be the first 20″ beadlocked racing wheel to market that will handle that size tire in an offroad racing environment. The wheel is undergoing destructive testing and we will have pictures in next months newsletter.

It’s amazing to see all the new beadlock wheel brands popping up in this economy and we’ve seen several come and go, but as of today, TrailReady remains the only US made cast racing wheel available. Adding a 20″ model is a long time coming and we hope that its success will help launch us into a line of racing buggy wheels.

TrailReady Motorsports set up a display at the new Aliante Resort in North Las Vegas, NV to an unusually small crowd in preparation for the Best in the Desert Silver State 300.

On Saturday, however, the results for TrailReady were huge as TrailReady equipped race vehicles placed 1st in Ultra 4 (the rock racer class) with Loren Healy, winner of the recent King of the Hammers, 1st in Trick Truck with Jason Voss, 1st and 2nd in class 8 with Mcrae Glass and Scott McFarland, and 1st and 3rd place in class 12 with Banning Motorsports.  Trailready backs its HD Series wheels with a one year unlimited replacement warranty for racers.   Read More→

TrailReady Beadlocks rule King of the Hammers

Friday, February 19th, 2010
TrailReady Beadlocks cruised onto Johnson Valley’s Means Dry Lake to play David in this, the 4th Chapter of the King of the Hammers battle. Goliath was of course, the competition, the Official Wheel of the event, and had filled the field with soldiers on shiney new wheels.  In the end however, the story ended as it usually does, with TrailReady towering over the battered competition.   Loren Healy beat Brad Lovell to the finish line by a mere 28 seconds, both of them rolling on TrailReady’s HD17 Beadlock wheel.  Trailready Beadlocks crowded the top of the leader board.

TrailReady backs their product by offering a one year unlimited warranty on the HD series including race hazzard. As the only Cast Aluminum Beadlock wheel made in the USA, superior domestic casting methods result in a stonger product that is worthy of this unusual warranty.

TrailReady Wheels enjoyed huge success in rock sports in 2009 with Tracy Jordon, the Lovells, Brian and Levi Shirley, among others, racking up wins and championships all season long.  Good Luck Goliath, maybe next time.
