  • Julian Hard Cider HERO Racing Enters the Baja 1000

    This coming November 14-17, the HERO Racing team (HELPING EVERYONE REACH OUT) is entered into the most grueling off-road race in the world, The SCORE International Baja 1000.

    What makes the HERO Racing team different than any other is that one of our 3 race bikes is the first all-amputee team in the race’s history.  We we are racing as a 100% non-profit fundraiser to bring a fortunate recipient a prosthetic leg with the Challenged Athletes Foundation.  They helped us find this amazing individual who is a very athletic 10 year old boy from Michigan.  Our little friend, Nicholas Knotts, is in need of a prosthetic leg to participate in a full and active lifestyle. Like the rest of us, he’s 100% human.  Just missing a part. (more…)

  • JEEP WRANGLER JK STUBBY BAR

    The Jeep Wrangler JK stubby bar has been developed for the off-roader who is after a winch platform all while maintaining maximum clearance for larger diameter tires. Generally vehicles that run larger than 35 inch tires may rub the tire on the wings of a traditional style ARB Deluxe bar.   • Lucas Oil Products Extends Title Sponsorship of Off-Road Expo through 2015

    More than 60,000 Off-Road Fans Attended This Year

    INDIANAPOLIS (October 23, 2102) — Lucas Oil Products, Inc. has agreed to extend its title sponsorship of the Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo powered by General Tire through 2015. The event, produced by The Promotion Co. Inc. — Family Events of Indianapolis, Indiana, is held annually in October at the Fairplex in Pomona, California.   • TRAIL-GEAR RELEASES MORE TRAIL SPIKES AND INDIVIDUAL ARB REPLACEMENT PARTS

    Fresno, CA-In response to customer requests Trail-Gear, Inc. has expanded their Trail Spike product line with the addition of Trail Spikes sized for smaller tubing and released a variety of ARB products for sale individually beginning Friday, October 19th.

    “Along with the success and popularity of the 1.75-inch O.D. tubing Trail Spikes, we have received a lot of our customers asking for Trail Spikes for 1.5-inch O.D. tubing,” explains Aaron Young, Trail-Gear Engineer. “The Trail Spikes were a fun project, so I was happy to re-visit them to give the customers what they want.” The new, smaller Trail Spikes can be welded on to any 1.5-inch O.D. x .120 wall tubing in place of an end cap.   • Frana Transforms Short-Course Racer into Rock Racer for TREC Season Finale


    Loves Park, IL (October 12, 2012) – After a great run at a MAORA race in Marengo, Indiana, John Frana and his RCV Performance/”the Official” Brand Name Prescription Card/Sway-A-Way/Rooster Synthetics/Frana Vehicles Honda-powered AWD Super Buggy headed to the Badlands Off-Road Park in Attica, Indiana for the TREC season finale. TREC, which stands for Trail Racing Endurance Circuit, is a monthly two-hour endurance race that runs on a seven mile long course that winds its way through the eight hundred acre off-road park. John Frana and his crew chief Ryan Brumund competed this spring with only limited success. The October race would have the Northern Illinois team run well, only to a have a navigation error prevent a podium finish. (more…)
