Well, that is after he qualifies successfully through the Last Chance Qualifier process taking the 3rd green flag on Tuesday February 5th. “We spent most of 2012 building a new car that will debut at the Last Chance Qualifier,” said Jeremy Hammer owner and driver. “We took our old proven car that has run the last 4 King of the Hammers, kept the good parts and added better parts to build another masterpiece.” (more…)

  • Raceline Wheels Enters Arctic Cat in UTV King of the Hammers Race

  • FOX lends wide-ranging support and $6000 to uphold King of the Hammers dynasty

    FOX tuning experts and factory support personnel will be on the lakebed to assist competitors in their quest to take the “King of the Hammers” title for the fifth time in six years.  

    FOX Tuning SupportEl Cajon, Calif. – FOX athletes have ruled King of the Hammers, an extreme competition called “the toughest single day event in the world.” Competitors race across the desert at high speed and conquer several of the toughest rock crawling trails in the United States, all in the same day. FOX athletes have consistently been the fastest due to FOX’s precise tuning and superiordamping performance. FOX tuning gurus will arrive on Monday, February 4th to begin assisting in vehicle set-up. They observe the racecars performance and review technical feedback from the driver. They then consult with the driver to implement any adjustments needed to maximize performance.   • Trail-Gear is expanding product line with all new battery boxes

    300384-KIT-alt1The TG Side-by-Side Battery Box will keep your battery where you want it, even on the toughest rocks and trails. We have all seen the results of batteries not held in place securely, or held in place by bungie cords: fire and sparks. The TG Side-by-Side Battery Box can either be welded or bolted into place with mounting holes located on the bottom of the battery box. Bolts on the back side allows for two battery boxes to be bolted together to form a four battery holder. The TG Side-by-Side Battery Box is CNC laser cut and formed form 12 gauge steel and is shipped unfinished. Once the TG Side-by-Side Battery Box has been mounted, you simply remove the three bolts and the top lifts off allowing you to remove or install the battery in minutes. The TG Side-by-Side Battery Box can either be mounted behind your seat or cab due to its “flat back” design. The TG Side-by-Side Battery Box works with any optima 34/78 group battery.
