    These heavy duty Weld-On Creeper Joints are ideal for today’s flexible suspension systems.  Super strong, Weld-On Creeper Joints will hold up to years of punishment. The inner flex ball is made from 8620 tool steel and rides on high quality polyurethane bushings. Heavy-duty, hardened steel washers hold the joint together. Creeper Joints are super flexible and allow for up to 40 degrees of movement when used with spacers. A threaded grease fitting is provided on the housing for lubrication. The flex ball is drilled for cross lubrication flow from the shell to the link mount bolt. These Weld-On Creeper Joint Kits are perfect for creating your own A-arms, suspension links, or other suspension components. Provided unassembled. Welding required for installation.

    Comes in three different flex ball sizes: 9/16″, 5/8″ & 18mm, allowing you to choose the right size to match your application.

    Trail-Gear is now offering DuraLine™ Soft Shackles

    The DuraLine™ Soft Shackle is an excellent alternative to D-Ring shackles. The minimum breaking strength of the DuraLine™ Soft Shackle is 25,000 lbs. The lightweight 7/16” Dyneema SK75 construction makes this shackle light enough to float on water so it doesn’t sink while doing recoveries over water or mud. It is flexible enough to wrap around difficult recovery points such as roll cages. The DuraLine™ Soft Shackle is dyed red for high visibility and the one-piece construction makes dropped or lost shackle pins a thing of the past.

The internals of the birfield are also made from 4340 chromoly and are dual heat treated for superior strength. The birfield has a M8 grease zerk at the end of the stub shaft and is gun drilled through the center of the birfield to allow for grease to pass through the zerk fitting and into the internals.
