    It is well known that the delicate fine wire that senses the flow of air entering the induction system is subject to contamination. Dust, oily vapors, and other contaminants can collect on this very fine wire, forming a layer of insulation that can cause it to provide inaccurate information to the car’s engine management computer.     MESA, AZ   APRIL 28, 2015: The final 10 girls for the Ladies Co-Driver Challenge were announced at the Ladies Meet and Greet at the Jeep Beach event in Daytona Beach, FL. After the 33 semi-finalists filled out questionnaires and were interviewed for a special episode of Bower Power Hour, the Bower Media team whittled the list down to the top 10 ladies to come to Arizona for a training weekend.  The training weekend will consist of a series of activities unknown to the ladies until the group arrives at each of the locations, and meets the special guest hosting them.  Followers will be able to join in on the fun weekend as the group goes LIVE via Bower Motorsports Media Facebook page at each of the stops.    (more…)

    Trail-Gear is now offering FJ80 Front and Rear Bumpers

    HREW bumpers are strong, but Trail-Gear had to take things to the next level by making our bumpers out of 1020 DOM (1.75" X .120" wall) with a .25” CNC formed steel plate winch mount.

    1020 DOM is more dent resistant than HREW tubing and it will not split down the seam as we have all seen the cheaper HREW tubing do. We can confidently say that our Rock Defense™ bumpers are one of the strongest on the market. (more…)
