Friend mentioned a trailer for sale from a guy he bought some stuff from. For $1000 picked up this 25.5' partial tilt bumper pull 14k torsion axle trailer. Slowly rebuilt it of the last year. The tilt was just a 1.5" hole thru both frame rails with just a bolt and was seriously egged out. Used some 2" x .25" wall DOM to make some bushings with grease provisions and new 1.5" bolts to repair that. Six inches behind the pivot bolts was a 2" hole through tilt deck frame for wiring to pass thru and tilt deck was bowed down there. Cut a slit and jacked up to 1 degree over bend and welded up and reinforced that area. Replaced the front cross tube and built it in front of the jack with idea to be able to drive a rig a bit more forward on deck before touching that rail. New deck using 2x12s and finished in clearance redwood timber oil. New 14 ply Suntek tires and made mounts last week to mount a pair of spares on front tube (no pictures). The 3 way valve for tilt cylinder was bent and leaking so found a swagelok knockoff valve to replace that. Added some tilt locking pins to better positively lock deck down instead of the center latch and hydraulic valve.

Test fit two buggys on it a few weeks ago an fit pretty decent, can back up the purple buggy a little more and give more wiggle for tying down. Added 8 weld on D rings and 4 bolt down D rings to get decent options for hauling two rigs. Built some fender drive over boxes as well since can't quite fit between them and back buggy will be parked on box.
