Update: On March 15, 2012 the over-snow access by snowmobile and snowcoach ended for the 2011-2012 Winter Season. In addition, on March 9, 2012, Scoping for the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to create a new Winter Use Plan also ended.
