Project: Camp Creek Watershed Educational Signage
Location: Arizona

Description: Throughout the month of September, Tread Lightly! installed six educational signage kiosks in the Camp Creek Watershed in the Cave Creek District of the Tonto National Forest. These signs teach motorized users the importance of staying on the trail in critical watershed areas.

The kiosks were placed at key OHV trailheads and riding areas to help protect sensitive watershed areas nearby. The Camp Creek Watershed is a critical watershed that feeds into Phoenix drinking water making this educational piece of utmost importance.
