  • GenRight Off-Road finished the BITD Silver State 300 in 3rd Place!

    Simi Valley, CA 5/5/11 – Coming off of a second place finish at the 2011 Griffin King of the Hammers Tony Pellegrino and the GenRight team were ready to get back in the seat and go racing again.  As race day grew closer the anticipation continued to grow.  It all started with the results from the starting position draw where Tony drew the first starting position.  This was great way to start the Best in the Desert Silver State 300 considering how far in the back of the pack they had started at the King of the Hammers.   • Big Ugly Racing partners with “Team GenRight” and The Orleans Casino for 2011 Ultra4 Season!

    Kevin Sacalas and his team, Big Ugly Racing, are pleased to announce they will be racing as “Team GenRight” for the 2011 Ultra4 season with additional support provided by The Orleans Casino. Sacalas made a name for himself in 2009 by becoming the first ever Ultra4 Winner in Best in the Desert’s Vegas to Reno: The Long Way. In 2010, he continued his success in Ultra4 racing with a 3rd place finish in the King of the Hammers Grand Slam of Offroad Racing series. Sacalas is known as much for his competitive racing as he is for the race vehicle that fans have affectionately named, “Big Ugly.” (more…)

  • GenRight Off-Road Finishes KOH in 14th Place

    Simi Valley, CA – Tony Pellegrino, owner of GenRight Off-Road, the Official Suspension Sponsor of the 2010 Griffin King of the Hammers, finished the KOH race in 14th place. 100 vehicles started this grueling race and only 43 finished at all. Top names from many forms of racing competed, and drivers from all over the world came to test their skills. King of the Hammers, held in Johnson Valley, CA on February 12th is arguably the most challenging one day race in the world.
