This recent addition to their ever growing metal shaping tool line-up resembles the 60lb Yoder M2 Power Hammer and is available in a fabrication kit that includes the power hammer components, giving you the freedom to build your own custom power hammer frame. This power hammer can also be purchased as a complete unit with no fabrication required.

    The Mittler Bros Power Hammer Kit can perform shrinking, stretching and shaping in sheet metal with a variety of optional die sets and utilizes a leather strap & leaf spring to support the upper die assembly.     The season is quickly heating up for all competitors in the 2016 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. Patrick Clark  started out with a rough opening round and was looking to push back this past weekend at Rounds 3&4 that took place at the Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park.

    The stacked Pro2 class is the most anticipated race of each race weekend and with full stands from excited fans, they were all on the edge of their seats as the Pro2 class roared around the course preparing to take the green flag. (more…)

    HREW bumpers are strong, but Trail-Gear had to take things to the next level by making our bumpers out of 1020 DOM (1.75" X .120" wall) with a .25” CNC formed steel plate winch mount.

    1020 DOM is more dent resistant than HREW tubing and it will not split down the seam as we have all seen the cheaper HREW tubing do. We can confidently say that our Rock Defense™ bumpers are one of the strongest on the market. (more…)
