IDAHO - OHV Gas Tax Legislation Update - Action Needed
Dear BRC Alert Subscriber,
As you may recall, last month we passed along a good news update on the OHV Gas Tax. (See Action Alert) Well, Sandra Mitchell with the Idaho Recreation Council (IRC) just sent us the latest update on that legislation.
The bill to restore gas tax to Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation (IDPR) passed the House Transportation Committee with a 'do pass recommendation' yesterday! As of today, it has not been scheduled for a floor vote. We expect that will happen next week. However, now would be a good time to notify your representatives of your desire for them to vote for this bill.

Simply say, "Please vote for H 144 to restore the gas tax to IDPR. Thank you" and leave your name and address.
If you prefer, you can, of course, be eloquent!
