Portland, OR (10/10/14) — Bushwacker will make up to ten $100 donations to the SEMA Cares Committee for the first 10 members of the media who register for the Bushwacker Founder’s Award Press Conference. The press conference will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, November 6 in the Bushwacker booth (#30017, upper South Hall) at the 2014 SEMA Show; registration begins at 2:45pm. The SEMA Cares Committee, established by the SEMA Board of Directors in 2007, aims to bring the voice and resources of the SEMA community together to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Bushwacker has been active with the SEMA Cares Committee for several years.

The purpose of the press conference is to announce the winner of the inaugural Bushwacker Founder’s Award, which will be presented by Bushwacker’s Founder, Jerry Logan. It will be given to the builder of the best truck/SUV at the show as judged by a panel of industry professionals and journalists. The award is to recognize a builder’s passion and dedication to the automotive aftermarket. The first-place winner will receive $1,500 and a custom trophy.

Builders may enter to win the Founder’s award by visiting Bushwacker.com/FoundersAward and following the instructions and rules located there.
