M looking for something that will give my axle Clarence and body clearance from rushing water. Should I go with a 2 inch suspension and a 3 inch body? I don't want to have to replace all the brake lines U joints etc.

body lift still means the frame will be in the water...little advantage if that's what you are trying to solve...suspension lift is the best option, by far.

That's what I was gonna say woody, do it right the first time then you don't have to do it again later.

When you lift the body you make those mounting points much more vonerable to breaking and splitting from the frame, go with the supension lift, otherwise youll be paying for a whole lot more than the lift kit
