My sweep rig is my 1996 FZJ80 Toyota Land Cruiser....275k on the ticker, and ready for another 4000+ miles of Baja :)

We were at the SE end of the Diablo dry lake bed on our first the silt at the end is often treacherous for smaller cars, but almost everyone made it clean this year. NOTE to Ted Moncure and the Toyota guys....Lock Your Hubs! :)

Monday, we were recovery at CM33, just past Cocos...we came in to our spot on an already-hot course without issue, only to be called upstream to CM30 to rescue the FlyNHi Ultra4 following a triple barrel roll (BTW, one WELL built rig, minimal damage, and driver/navigator were fine). Found them reversing down the course...no forward gears, badly bent rear wheel. Opted to tow them upstream back to Cocos.

A few pics
