Did you consider notching the seat brackets for the front or rear mount points? Allows you to "clip" the seat in, then bolt/pin the other end for security.

I had that thought. I initially had it that way but didn’t have enough material on the top side of it to make me feel confident in it. I’m sure I could have reworked it but I didn’t. Probably just laziness on my part. I’m sure I’ll pay for it later😉

More headway. Brake pedal built, floor pans on both sides. Exhaust manifolds an a crossover pipe. Fuel cell in and pump changed so my pressure is correct. And last but not least a pack out / cooler mount.

Packouts for the win, I'd like to add that setup to mine...someday....
They are handy as can be. I also modified my seat mount a little and use a 1/2 inch detent ball pin to hold the inside corner. Locks it in solid and makes it much easier to take out!

Sorry for the total lack of an update. I got busy with the build and never came back. Got it out this last weekend and it all worked great. I need to address the hydroboost and belt alignment but overall it was pretty good. Here’s a few pictures along the way and some of the finished product. Always a work in progress but very pleased to this point.
