CORONA, California (April 14, 2016) – “The Rockstar girls say we’re going green,” an announcement that serves as a prelude to the most exciting motor sports competition in the world, will continue to be a catchphrase at Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series events in 2016.

Rockstar Energy Drink has returned for its seventh season as a major promotional partner with the short-course off-road series and as a key member of Team Lucas, the unique marketing platform created by the Lucas Oil Co

since its creation in 2001, will have a significant on-site presence at all venues the series visits during its 8-weekend, 16-race schedule, including as title sponsor of the Rockstar Energy SoCal Shootout presented by Toyota April 23-24 at Lake Elsinore (California) Motorsports Park and the Rockstar Energy Battle South of the Border presented by Lucas Oil June 18-19 at Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

In addition, the company will have a prominent role through event entitlements, features and in-show exposure on all television broadcasts on MAVTV the Motorsports Network, CBS and CBS Sports and the recently-launched LucasOilRacing.TV, a worldwide subscription internet service that offers live and recorded motor sports and automotive programming 24 hours a day.
Rockstar also sponsors Rob MacCachren in the Pro 2 and Pro 4 classes, RJ Anderson in Pro 2 and Ryan Beat in Pro Lite.
